Owners - Showing - If you would like for us to hold a key for you to give to your prospective buyer(s) please view our our key guard information. This service it is only $25.00 which includes one free key handover. This is a very valuable service.
Contract writing and third party deposit escrow holding. If you have a buyer and you are ready to write up an agreement, let a professional do it for you. For $500 fee which can be split or paid by either buyer or seller, we will write up the contract for both of you and then hold the deposit in our escrow account and guide both of you through the long financing and settlement process. There will be a $50 fee paid in advance and the balance of $450 will be deducted from the settlement sheet on day of settlement.
