For only $40.00 we will obtain a key to your property (if the key is located in Ocean City), pull in all furniture and umbrellas if possible, tape up 3 patio windows and be sure doors are locked or braced if brace is already installed in unit. If your property is a town house with two balconies and two sets of furniture, the standard charge will be $50.00. If you have storm shutters that need to be closed and the furniture will not be taken in and we don't have to tape the windows, the charge will be reduced to $35.00. There will be an extra $10.00 charge if you want you furniture taken in and placed on plastic sheeting (recommended - especially if wet).

If you want a precut board lodged behind each sliding door window there will be a $10.00 charge for each board.

Print the following form, fill it out completely with your credit card number and fax it to 410-524-9896. Remember, it is an emergency and our lines may be busy so be persistent and don't wait until the last minute as we might not be able to accommodate you. If it is raining when we arrive at your property, the duck tape will be applied on the inside of patio window.

Due to the emergency nature of our business, a confirmation by email or phone may not be possible. No order will be accepted 10 hours before hurricane landfall. No work will be done unless paid in advance.

We can accommodate you if you fax us 2 to 3 days in advance of hurricane landfall.
